Sherlet Neal Lopez is the Managing Director of The Belize Institute for Service Excellence, Leadership and Research (BISELaR). She is also the co-owner of Belize’s first online learning platform and training hub, BzLearn.com. Sherlet is an internationally certified Customer Service Manager, with the Institute of Citizen Centered Services (ICCS) of Toronto, Canada. Ms. Neal also holds a master’s degree in Project Management from UCI Costa Rica; and a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector. She is a lecturer at the University of Belize, a skilled and dynamic training facilitator, public speaker, author, actor, playwright, and entrepreneur. Sherlet is best known locally for her leading role in Belize’s First Dramatic Television Series, “Noh Matta Wat”.
